When I got into my room the inside door handle fell off. After working to get it back on and open the door, I went to the front desk and immediately reported it. I was told they would let maintenance know to fix it the next day. ( I wasn’t even given an option to move to another room!! And the hotel was not full so there were other rooms.)Then within about 6 hours I had to have my keycard reprogrammed because it would stop working. I was blamed by the clerk and told that I must be demagnetizing it. I explained that I didn’t have anything magnetic to demagnetize it. The clerk did not respond. I had to go back to the front desk and tell them about the door handle again the next day and they acted like I was bothering them. I was told that maintenance had been notified while she got on the phone and called maintenance in front of me. I have been to this hotel many times over the last 10 years and this was by far the worst customer service I have experienced.
