The people encountered were perfectly nice and helpful my bone to pick comes from the room itself. We had an easy check in, no issues at all there. The room was lacking. First I could swear the bed was queen sized not king I would know I sleep on one in my home. I tried to close the curtains…only the sheer ones move. Then there were holes in the top blanket my hand would get caught in while trying to pull the blankets. I went to microwave some soup, there was no microwave plate in the microwave? Is that on purpose or what? Then I was expecting a nice shower like I saw in the pictures, nope, just a tub with a curtain and shower head. At least the vanity area was nice and we only stayed a couple days. The air bnbs I have booked in the past in other states were much nicer I really expected better honestly. The fridge worked and the plugs on the nightstand were nice. Husband went down to get breakfast, it was fine, omelette was a bit burnt but tasted alright. Overall it was just okay, but if Im being real probably the least happy I have been with a room on a trip we had Im giving 3 stars but won’t be choosing the company again.

Highly recommend this facility for travelers. There is shopping behind the hotel, which makes the easy access to movie theater or restaurants you’d like to grab a quick bite. Also, it’s off the main road to get to everything and also very close to VA clinic. Can’t say enough about the staff, they were excellent and the room was very nice and well maintained.

When I first arrived at the property, it was 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. When they finally did, they required a $25 deposit to give me my room keys. Even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I was also told I was not qualified to either earn points or be treated as an honors member since I booked through a third-party. They made it sound like I was a second class citizen. After getting settled into the room, I tried to go to sleep, but The walls were extremely thin, and the neighbors in the next room had young kids, and they were loud until about midnight. Overall, not a pleasant experience, and I would not go back if offered.
