"I stayed here with my family (2 adult couples, 1 10 year old) in late September. We got lucky with great weather. The house got a lot of sun - we made good use of the window shades! - and we soaked it up on the deck. Several of us enjoyed a dip in the fjord and a soak in the hot tub afterwards. "My son his wife and their two children loved our stay at the Borg residence. It was spacious, quite and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to meet with our friends and mix with friendly and hospitable people. It's refreshing to be in an area with no crime where people are laid back and inviting. "Sigurd’s home is absolutely lovely. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with a wonderful view. But more importantly, the house is spotless and equipped with everything you need to have a home away from home. We hated leaving. And he responded to any needs we had right away. Really good hotel

"Hotel is just a short walk to the airport. Very quiet room and comfortable. Everything done to simplify things (and reduce costs) for the hotel like self booking in, clearing own tray at breakfast (like Ikea) but staff on hand if any issues. The breakfast is fantastic with huge variety of hot and cold."

"Very easy check in and checkout process. Nice little area with kettle/microwave in which came in handy for me. Very close to the light rail which you need to travel into Bergen but perfect for the airport as well. Clean rooms and didn’t hear too much noise - highly recommended"
