"It is a quiet accommodation with nearby places to eat and shop located in a central area. Good communication. The air works well. It doesn't have a water heater but the island is hot but refreshing at night. Otherwise excellent."

"Our stay at Aqua Vista Villa was enjoyable. The host was very responsive—on-site yet unobtrusive. The kitchen was well-stocked, making meal prep easy. The expansive deck was a great feature, though unfortunately, we couldn't take full advantage of it due to the weather and bugs.One thing to note is the driveway. While considered "gently sloped" by St. John standards, it’s still quite steep and can be challenging to navigate. Overall, a lovely stay with just a few things to keep in mind!"

To be honest, there was some hesitation in the group about staying at a former plantation due to the potential for negative energy, but I could feel the house is cleansed regularly and the energy was calm and peaceful. "We stayed in a one bedroom cottage on the water at cane bay St Croix. The view of the water was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped and up to date. The bed and furniture were comfortable. The hosts Jay and Debra Fogg were so nice and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. They gave us information about where to eat, activities available, directions around the island. They reminded us to make reservations before we arrived. I would gladly stay there again."

"Tommy was great to work with. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Great for sunsets. Cottage worked great for us. Note that there is no view from the cottage. It’s tucked away. If you’re looking for a place with a view this is not it. Also note the Peter Bay beach is small (narrow). Great for sitting in chairs. Not great for swimming (too rocky). But this worked for us. Enjoyed our stay."
