The House

The House is on the beach and has two entrances, one by the sand and another by the street, where the cars enter. The project aimed to provide its guests with full contact with nature, either by the sea view, the landscape design and its backyards, where squirrels, blue butterflies and exotic birds are common.

With a beautiful swimming pool between the house and the beach, it is a new construction in an area of 1,500 m2 and 27 m facing the sea. It has large environments, with ample ventilation and natural light, appliances, sofas, beach chairs, sun loungers, ombrelone, and table on the pool decks.

Suites (all with split air conditioning and ceiling fan):

- Suite 1: one double bed and a hammock; sleeps 2 guests (with air conditioning and fan)

- Suite 2: a double bed, a bunk bed and a hammock; sleeps 4 guests (with air conditioning and fan)

- Suite 3: a double bed, a bunk bed and a hammock; sleeps 4 guests (with air conditioning and fan)

- Suite 4: one bunk bed and two single beds; sleeps 4 guests (with air conditioning and fan)

- Mezzanine: large mezzanine with closet and bathroom, sleeps 4 guests in 2 sofas double bed
