I never stayed in a room without a mini fridge in my entire life. This was the first room. The room was tiny and very cramped. The bathroom was also very small and not comfortable to sit on the toilet. Parking was difficult because you had to drive a very steep ramp. I will not be staying at This Ibis anymore, will stay other one near by

Péssima experiência.
Acomodações sujas, sem nenhum conforto. Cama de casal ruim com apenas dois travesseiros finos. Toalhas rasgadas, banheiro extreamente pequeno e sem espaço para sanitátio. Café da manhã com muitas moscas voando, comida fria faltando ítens básicos como manteiga. Café frio. Nehum controle de entrada de pessoas. Estacionamento totalmente desorganizado e extremamente apertado.

Ar condicionado não funciona
Entramos às 22:30 e tivemos que sair às 1:00 da manhã, o ar condicionado não estava funcionando marcava 22 graus e fazia muito barulho, abrimos a janela mais não adiantou pois o barulho da rua era muito alto. Acordamos a 1:00 pegamos as coisas e a criança e fomos à recepção, atendente ofereceu outro quarto, mais como já havíamos levantado e descido com as nossas coisas resolvemos ir embora.

Tudo estava ótimo, porém no café da manhã as funcionárias nos trataram com indelicadeza. Pedimos ovos que teria acabado. Falaram que estavam fazendo. Esperei por mais de 20 minutos pelos ovos. E fui embora sem. Foi muito indelicado. Eu paguei e tomei café puro!
