Spacious clean rooms! Smooth checkin

The hotel itself is clean and in a very good location. The service can be further improved though. The Hilton app doesn’t work for me, and I have to wait around 20 mins for check in. After check in, the key I was given not working, and I have to go back to the front desk. What makes my experience really bad is that the front desk asked me to join the check in queue again and refused to fix the issue until I waited another 20 mins. In my opinion, this is their mistake, and they should not ask me to pay my valuable time for their mistake. When I finally entered the room, I found that there were some leftover food in the fridge which was not cleaned. I called the room service, and the service lady came 2-3 hours later although it was promised to be cleaned immediately in the call. Overall not a great experience.

I’ve stayed in Rome a couple of times before, and this hotel was affordable and as clean and comfortable as any I’ve stayed in. However, what set this hotel apart was its staff, especially Alex. One of our children had food poisoning on our next to last day, and Alex was so helpful and accommodating, helping us make sure our son was comfortable and helping the rest of us order food through an Italian food delivery service. The staff warmly greeted us every time we went in and out and made us feel truly welcome.

Overall the service is fine but when you order something for room they took more than hour to deliver.
