"Great location, close to walk to beach. Very short drive to town. Quiet area, and the home was clean and full of every thing we needed. The path/ walkway was on the same side of the highway, which made it easy to walk to places. Would stay again."

"This was a perfect cottage for our 6 night stay with family. It was impeccably clean & quite spacious. It has a 2 great outdoor spaces! (Fire pit with lovely chairs & ample firewood as well as a nice patio table on the deck). The couches were super comfy too. Sunsets were only a 12 minute walk away. We will beback!"

"The house is perfect with a big fully stocked kitchen (cooking gear), three bedrooms and living area. Especially nice was the outdoor shower to keep the place clean after the beach and prior to the hot tub. the cost is relatively high but in line with other accommodations and from that perspective a good value. Equally nice was that it is dog friendly which saved the cost of boarding. We'll be back!"

"Excellent location and great just. We used fire pit by water a lot. Didn’t use sauna or hot tub. Easy walk into town. The loft is less ideal for a group of six (3 couples) but worked ok. Host was excellent and easy to communicate with. Would recommend property for families. "

"This was a three generation family vacation. Myself with two adult daughters and a four year old granddaughter. The location was beyond our expectations - just minutes from Cox Bay down a groomed path leading right to the beach. It was well appointed with plush towels, robes, tv, kitchen supplies etc etc etc. Would go again and highly recommend you try it."

"Despite a day and a half of constant rain we had a very good four-day stay. The location can’t be beat: the house has beautiful views of Chesterman Beach, with good seating areas inside and out to take advantage of the vista. "We had a great time staying at the property. The house is old but in good condition with all the amenities you would want. The beach is shared with just two other homes on the row, but we didn't see any one else while we were out there. It's not a "lounge and tan" kind of beach as there is no sand, but it's great for the dog, and puttering in the long and shallow area and perfect for paddle boarding. We would definitely book again for a stay in Tofino."

"Cabins West feels like a new property. It was very clean and one of the quietest places, at night, we've ever stayed. The quiet during the day was interrupted by the construction across the street. We were there in Sept 2024 and I anticipate the external construction to be completed shortly. While the amenities were all fine the little touches were a little short. "Great place to stay for our few days in Ucluelet. Great location, really clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, in suite laundry. Appreciated the daily texts we received to give us updates on local events and suggestions. Loved relaxing on our deck, drinking our morning coffee and watching the boats in the harbour. Breathing taking views. Would definetly come back and highly recommend Embar Ucluelet to all my family and friends. Can’t wait for our next visit."
