"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"Und wieder war es eine wunderschöne Woche im Waldhaus Wiersdorf! Die Ruhe, die Natur, die Gemütlichkeit.. unvergleichbar! Wie die anderen Male auch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind einfach ein Traum. Wandern, Wellness, Grillen und Abends am Feuer sitzen, einfach in den Tag hinein leben und die Seele baumeln lassen... Die Wohnung, die uns dann später zugeteilt wurde, konnte erst 2,5 Stunden später bezogen werden, weil sie erst gereinigt werden musste, was innerhalb von 30 min geschah. Als Anregung: Tischets und Untersetzer wären ganz gut...zur Schonung der Möbel. 1 kleiner Kleiderschrank wäre auch nicht verkehrt und evtl. 1 Stuhl um die Sachen abzulegen wenn man zu Bett geht.
