Flat in Feldwies in the Bavarian Alps

This 2-bedroom apartment in Feldwies (Übersee) makes a great stay for a small family or 4 persons. You can relax and unwind in the paid sauna or paid bubble bath after returning from hectic activities or excursions.

During winter, you can head to Chiemgau ski area and cherish skiing or snowboarding. You will the town center and restaurants at 500 m from the stay. There is a lake at 800 m if you wish to spend a day admiring the water. For buying groceries and grabbing a drink at the pub, you have to go 1 km. You can also visit the historic Kufstein Fortress.

The ground-floor apartment has central heating. On the private terrace, you can linger all day long in the fresh air and enjoy barbecuing to your heart's content in the evenings. The shared garden is a lovely spot for evening tea and chit-chat with other guests. Children will love the playground and trampolines. A cot and a high chair are provided. Parking is available.

The train station is 2 km. The airport is 57 km.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Sehr ruhig gelegen und ein toller Pool zum Abkühlen an heißen Tagen oder nach anstrengenden Wanderungen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, könnte allerdings eine Renovierung des Bades/Toilette vertragen. Außerdem ist es sehr hellhörig, wenn in der darüberliegenden Wohnung jemand läuft.
