Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in the resort 100 m from the centre of Uhlejov, 3 km from the centre of Miletín, 13 km from the centre of Dvůr Králové, in a quiet, elevated position, 10 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 300 m2, courtyard. Private: swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: billiard table, table football. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop "Třebihošť, točna" 4.4 km, railway station "Bílá Třemešná" 8 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Ski lift 45 km, chair lift 45 km, slopes 10 km, cross country ski track 100 m. Nearby attractions: Miletín 3 km, Hořice 10 km, Lázně Bělohrad 10 km, Zoo Dvůr Králové 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Jánské Lázně 45 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.

Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 6 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds and shower/WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 beds and shower/WC. Studio with 4 beds, 1 double bed, dining table, kitchen corner, shower/WC, satellite TV and radio. With sloping ceilings, open kitchen in the entrance (2 hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave) with dining table. Electric heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The studio, which is located on the 1st floor, has a separate entrance from the back of the house.

Für freunde u familien mit kin...

Für freunde u familien mit kinder total klasse . Großer raum zum essen , spielen und gemeinsamer aufenthalt . Küche leider sehr klein Reisetipps: Im sommer mit pferden und andere tiere direkt vor der tür . Im winter leider berge etwa 50 auto minuten um ski zu fahren weit weg .
