"Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "

"Very similar to all of the other comments. A beautiful property in a fantastic location so close to the beach. The owners have thought of everything that you’d need for a stress free break. This is definitely a 5* property which we plan to visit again. "

"We have had a great October break. The cottage is beautiful, clean and in a great location. Ideal location to walk the coast into Brid and back (land train optional). Short distance to Filey. Scarborough - where our children enjoyed Peasholm Park feeding the squirrels. Hosts also provided Sewerby Hall entrance tickets. A great week had by all. 😊 xx"

"After many attemps to make contact on the day of arrival via cobtact number and whats app eventually got some communication. I was told at 2pm on day of arrival(5pm check in) that the appartment was o longer available due to previous occupier causing damage which could not be rectified. Had a exact review not so long ago. Poor communication but managed to sort alternative accomadation so break was not ruined. Be cautious"

"Loved staying in this spacious apartment, its a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Excellent location & even though we stayed on Halloween it was very quiet especially to say it was in a school holiday. Hope to be back soon."

" Cosy cottage, great garden sitting area and right on the quiet high street. Really appreciated the complimentary Sewerby Hall tickets. Sewerby itself is ideally situated with Flamborough Head 10 mins dtive away and Bridlington within walking distance. Great!"

"An idyllic retreat, little animation beyond the occasional dog-walker and ideal for a quiet stroll towards the shore. Nearby Flamborough is bracing enough and is also a handy place for fresh seafood and top class fish and chips. Bridlington is easily reached and well-provided with shops for every need for a cosy evening in the well-appointed kitchen/diner. Recommended for couple rather than families : there’s a pub within a short stroll through the trees, so what more could you ask?"

"Don't let the lack of photos of the front of the property put you off. True it's in a very narrow side street and the outlook is far from pretty, but it's in a very convenient location. Inside there's everything you need, and the property is well cared for. It's literally a couple of minutes' walk to the sea. Shops, pubs, restaurants all handy. "We had cause to book a hotel quickly for one night in Hull and came across this gem. It's an old school/college building which has been converted into a hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the bedroom was clean and comfortable and the bar provided good food at drink at very reasonable prices. We would definitely return."

"Fantastic overnight stay in the Bollinger room - with the most comfortable bed imaginable. We ate in the pub in the evening and got talking to the owner about Huddersfield pigeons and their (lack of) merits. Food brilliant - we chose a chicken and a lamb dish. Beautiful. Mediterranean cheesecake - pesto jus with olives and roasted tomatoesit it was not. Turns out it was Dark Fruit Berries !!! Super flavour. And sticky toffee pudding to die for ! Lovely breakfast in the morning. Plenty varied choice. Would we stay again ? Absolutely. Most definitely. Thank you for a great break. 🙂👏👍 "
