"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. "Nice hotel, great staff. But our Junior Suite (room 302) was only a normal room with a view of a wooden (privacy) wall that hid all sight of the surrounding mountains. I didn't need to drive that far to see a slab of wood from a dark, dreary room. (Plus some of the lights didn't work.)"
