The beautiful villa with 6 apartments exclusive standards and large garden with swimming pool is located in the tranquil resort Bašanija in Savudrija, only about 7 km north of Umag in Istria. Savudrija is known for its beautiful nature with diverse hiking and cycling opportunities and beautiful, natural rocky and pebble beaches.
The 600m ² 4 * villa is located in a holiday home area without through traffic in the midst of a spacious well-kept garden with private swimming pool. At the pool there were umbrellas and beach chairs. The fenced plot offers a large lawn area in the rear area. To the road bushes, olive trees and Mediterranean plants of all kinds are planted.
All apartments are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV, free Wi-Fi Internet access, balcony or terrace, some with sea views, otherwise with beautiful garden views. In addition, all apartments have a dishwasher. A free car park for 8 cars is available on the property. The apartments are only weekly, starting on Saturdays, rented. Outside the summer months, exceptions are made. Pets of all kinds are out of consideration for the other guests not allowed. The friendly landlord couple is available in German, English, Italian, Croatian and Slovenian.
Savudrija, a former fishing village, is today a small, quiet tourist resort, located in northwestern Croatia, on the Istrian peninsula. The village with shops for daily needs can be reached in just 5 minutes. The famous lighthouse of Savudrija is only a short walk away.
More shopping facilities and numerous sports facilities are within 10 km of the town of Umag. The well-known resort of Portoroz, 10 km north, already located in Slovenia, has the appropriate infrastructure with restaurants, shops and a casino. In 4km distance there is also a golf course.
