"10/10 Es war perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Mariandl am Meer. Der Pool hat uns auch sehr begeistert. Unsere See alm L war wunderschön und großzügig geschnitten. Mit den Almtunnel ist man auch gut von Ort zu Ort gekommen. Das Personal war super freundlich. an der Bar gab es auch sehr leckere Getränke. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

Die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, der große Fernseher und die Dockingstation für Audio passten zur gehobenen Ausstattung. "Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett. Das Häuschen war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.Die Abzüge bei den Sternen gibt es, da das ganze Angebot von der Agentur fehlerhaft ist. Uns wurde eine falsche Adresse von dem Objekt mitgeteilt, wir mussten die Adresse mühsam suchen, da es eigentlich die Kontaktdaten der Gastgeberin war und nicht die angegebenen Daten von der Agentur. "Unser Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hausboot war durchwachsen. Leider mussten wir bei unserer Ankunft bereits feststellen, dass das Boot nicht sauber war. Das Geschirr war nicht richtig abgespült, dort waren vermehrt noch Essensreste dran. Zudem war die Toilette nicht richtig sauber, was wirklich nicht geht. Diese haben wir dann eigenständig nochmal gesäubert.Außerdem hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert, bei den Minusgraden draußen, war das zum Teil eine Zumutung."

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. "Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
