"No elevator, no dining option other than room service with limited menu. Room was clean but dated. Only 5 channels on the tv and none of them any good. Some broken furniture in room. Breakfast buffet was good. People were nice."

"When I arrived I was greeted by Jenny, the owner of the property. I was then shown around and what an amazing cottage / villa to stay in:) Super clean and all the necessary to have a wonderful

"Place needs a serious upgrade, please INSPECT property as your credibility as hotels.com is on the line! There were cockroaches in room, they only sprayed doom and next day we as guests had to stay in the room. I have used this website for 12 yrs and have never been so horrified at the state of a hotel and the way they handled this issue. Please investigate!! "
