"Miserable experience. There was mold all over my shower, and I arrived to no towels in my room. At 10:30 at night, the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate. It was cold and snowing and no one knew what to do and there was zero communication about what was happening. Eventually, I saw people go back inside so I followed. No one knew what happened but expressed that the same thing happened the day before with no explanation. Sleeping became impossible and you can hear every single noise, especially other people’s doors and TVs at all hours of the night. Awful experience. "

"We have stayed there many times over the years and had great experiences with the room condition, property condition and breakfast. We have not been back in a few years and were shocked with how much it has declined. The room was dirty, hole in the carpet, and stains on the walls. The outside of the building is falling apart with rotting wood siding and peeling paint. The breakfast was minimal even for a basic continental option. We were charged top dollar for a weekend stay and will not be returning as there are many other options that would provide a more comfortable experience with cleaner and updated rooms."
