Amazingly warm room and shower if you want it, options for colder stays. At the price point, breakfast looks good, convenience was good, comfort was good. Check in a bit odd, but survived. Already looked to stay again for the next visit

Property was seconds away from Chinatown, Leceister Square and underground station. Extremely convenient!! Our view was literally the M&M and LEGO stores but the we couldn’t hear anything from the second floor room.

The location is highly desirable, and the rooms are clean with updated bathrooms and coffee options. However, there was construction in the lobby, long lines at desk, awkward halls to walk that go on forever where one might get lost in a service area. But the biggest negative is that there is NO FUNCTIONING CONCIERGE. The desk always refers you to the "concierge" down a set of stairs/escalator; but the "concierge" consists of 2 men standing in a small corner - who are not as versed in London as the position usually requires - and are unable to provide information or even take a postcard to mail.
