"It was an unconventional set up but we still had an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately the bed wall wasn’t working but it was repaired once reported. We didn’t realise that amenities like tea/coffee/microwave were only available in a shared lounge area which wasn’t close to our room but that was our oversight. "

"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. "Clean, safe and well equipped. My only gripe (and this is just personal preference), is that the pillow was too soft so we both needed another one. The downstairs light also needed replacing in the stairwell as it was dark when we walked in at night. However it worked from the second floor. Everything else was 10/10. "The apartment was ok. The dishes were not impeccable clean but I’m used to wash them before I use them anyway. Do not expect anything else more than 2 bottles of water, shampoo and cream. No dishwasher soap. No coffee. No laundry soap but washer and dryer were good and free. We only spent 2 nights there. Bed was comfy. We liked the location. There is a Coop market around the corner. "
