"Kinda hard to list this property as it’s not an apartment (but you can use the kitchen) and it’s not just a room as it’s the size of small flat with plenty of space and your own wc on your own level of the house so it’s private too. It’s large, well furnished and fantastic location with a small car park just opposite it’s a great place for a couple of night stay. "

"Beautiful property in a wonderful location , very clean, well equipped and cosy, beds and bed linen were heaven, kitchen with a wonderful island with stools underfloor heating and a sitting room with 2 big sofas, ideal for a cosy weekend . "Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! "

"I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but...

"Staff was incredibly accomodating which is especially great as we had a 5y old with us. Always nice, rooms are clean and beds are comfy, easy to access as well & parking right in front (paid-for but worth it for a weekend). Train station 1 min walk away, highly recommend!"

"Big, beautiful room with views of the sea. Super friendly staff. The hotel is full of charm and character. No AC, but a fan was provided. We opened the windows and were very comfortable. Large closet, sitting areas, and a large, comfortable bed. Hairdryer and other conveniences provided. We loved it here. Beach is across the street. Everything we needed in walking distance. "

"It’s in the name! A Grand hotel. The best hotel I have stayed in the uk. Greeted by a lovely gentlemen who help with our luggage and was very helpful. We stayed in a junior family suite and the room massive it was also clean, modern with a lovely sea view you can enjoy from your balcony. Breakfast was very nice with lots of options with very friend staff, like the rest of the Grand Team."

"I will and can't wait to return to this property! It was a great base for my family and I for our stay near Gatwick airport. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfy. The staff was great, and even had a nice restaurant and bar. We did partake in breakfast, and it was sooo good - a great buffet style English breakfast, including tomatoes, mushrooms, and blood sausage. Plus there is an all-day cappuccino maker! We also ate well at a nearby pub. "
