"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting...

"It's a nice place, close to the Zero Point ski slopes. We also had a private sauna for our room and it was awesome, we used it every day. I had better breakfasts than here, but it was edible. Though we rather bought some pastries as a breakfast in the closest groceries. Our room was quite spatious and even had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. "Loved our stay here. Long way from hotel facilities and no pool access. We had children with us. Our apartment needed more cutlery and glasses. I often expect when booking through a hotel and upgrading the room that you still get to access hotel facilities and have basics in room like tea and coffee. Amazing views, clean and comfortable. "The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "

"Stayed in Studio with Sauna. The room was spacious enough for solo traveler, and a small kitchen was available which was good. Sauna worked well. But the building was quite old, and the bedroom was a bit cold when sleeping. Looked not very clean, and there was some uncomfortable smell at shower room. "

"Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us . "

"We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. "The property has everything you need for 2 people, it would be very cramped with anymore than 2 adults and 1 small child, the kitchen is very well equipped. "Roomy apartment with an attic with 4 single beds and a toilet. On the ground level, we have sauna, toilet, kitchen, living area and a bedroom with a queen bed. Good size for 2 people. There are washing machine and dryer but they do not seem to be working."

"Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more. "
