"Extremely friendly staff and almost all are fluent in both English and French. Room was clean. View out of the room was excellent. Restaurant in the lobby served great food and was reasonably priced. Great location! Easily walkable to old Quebec and surrounding areas. Fantastic selection of restaurants around the hotel as well. All restaurants in the area were bilingual friendly. Underground parking was available but was a bit pricey at $25 a day. Small to mid sized SUV’s and small trucks...

"We visited Québec during Carnaval, and this was the perfect hotel for our stay. Met or exceeded expectations in every way, and so conveniently located adjacent to the Carnaval sites. We will definitely be back, and not just for Carnaval!"

"Perfect location for Carnaval and Quartier Montcalm. This hotel has the true flavour of local Quebec. Comfortable beds and terrific breakfast of croissants, fresh fruit, yogurts, boiled eggs etc. Note: Tight parking and you have to book a spot ahead. Flights of stairs to manage. "

"The hotel was fine, a little far from the centre of Quebec however not a big issue. The one thing to be improve, add coffee to the reception area that guess can pay since their restaurant is not opened early enough. This way we do not have to get dressed to get coffee in the morning. It took 3rd place to get coffee since most places do not open early enough. A communal coffee maker that is payable is a good compromise."

"Very clean and quiet place to stay. The city center is a 15-20 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is included in the price and the restaurant is located 3 min walk from the hotel. Parking is within the property and has 1 CCS charger for your EV. 4/5 only because parking is not included in the price and it is 17$/day (Hotel description doesn't have this information on Expedia)"
