Our room was damp feeling the whole time we was there the carpet felt wet to my bare feet and made them sting I had to wash and keep my shoes on..the bed was awful I felt like I was falling off the edge and when I tried to move toward the middle it felt like I was laying on a big hump the pillows were hard and uncomfortable the staff wasn't very friendly at all I was actually glad to leave

Stay was for 7 days. Last day, we were awaken by other guest above us . Sounded like they were moving furniture. This was around 12 close to 1 in the morning. Also a lot of insects and bug. Could use better housekeeping services. I would also suggest when servicing rooms, incorporate sweeping and other cleaning instead of just trash and new towels. Employees were kind though.

"What I liked about the facility was I observed there was someone always watching the area when we walked in. What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned or checked on the three days we were there, we ran out of body wash in the shower I spoke to someone at the desk who let the staff know ..."
