"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I paid for breakfast for my whole stay and it was buffet style from 6-10 we went to enjoy breakfast and my daughter forgot that she wanted an apple. "Lovely hotel in excellent location. Staff were very attentive and courteous and the room was lovely, we had a comfort room on the top floor which was very quiet. We didn’t have breakfast as it was 24€ each and there’s plenty of places nearby if you want to grab a quick bite . Parking at the hotel is limited and it’s 30€ a day but you must book. There’s parking in street outside the hotel it’s 1.90€ an hour and free from 7pm til 9am. Colmar is a beautiful place and we will definitely stay here...

"We had very poor to non existent wifi in our room on the 3rd floor. We were there for 4 nights and found a lack of storage in the room and washroom. We asked several times how old the building was and its history especially our room on steel stilts. No one seemed to know. The room was hot but we were able to keep the windows open as it was very quiet. We could have used an extra pillow as there was only 1 per be plus 1 extra would recommend this hotel"
