"- The taxi driver couldn't find the address which caused delay and a more expensive bill then expected. - Nobody was able to speak English, they can speak only Russian and Georgian. - The breakfast was very poor. - Nobody helped us to bring our luggage to the third floor and no lift available. - The bathroom was very stinky because no exhaust system in the bathroom available. "The address given on Expedia lead us down a dirt road to an empty place. We could never get in contact with the location even calling multiple times and we could not find the location. Very disappointed with Expedia with not confirmling a physical location. We ended up staying somewhere else. "
