"I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable."

"Beach is not a beach. It is a marina like setting, you have to jump in or use the rusted ladder to get in the water. It is across the street next to a free public beach, no private beach for the hotel. Area is filled with little homeless kids begging all day. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The location of the hotel is excellent for visitors as it is near the bazar quarter(10 minutes walk) the coast (20 minute walking) an kültürpark and its museums (5 minutes). "The location is terrible as it's on an industrial Efes Beer storage area. Miles from anywhere. We could not find the place and eventually someone had to escort us. The cabins are new and very nice but the ones at the front are noisy due to the highway. OK for one night but nothing around the area which wasn't to our liking, "

"The location is near the train station Hilal it is very easy to catch it if you arrive to the airport just 8TRY per person rather than taking a taxi which will cost you around 160 TRY make sure to download maps.me and you will easily arrive... Mr Mehmet was very helpful explaining which places we can visit every day greeting us and taking care of our stay there... The best thing you can do is pay for the card which will allow you to go everywhere including Ferry to Bostanli etc... It's walkable...
