everything was fine, staff was kind and helpful, they helped me to change my room without any difficulty,breakfast was good,they greet you warmly and we felt at home, I highly advise all my friends, if I visit Urla I will definitely stay at the kuća urla hotel which is very close to sanat sokak

Kuca: natural mood booster :)

In simple word “outstanding”. New hotel, clean, practical, with very warm hearted people working and managing the property. It’s very close to the old city and also provides bikes which can be used throughout your stay. It was our first time visiting Urla and I am returning with my soul filled with the hospitality and kindness of the people living in it. Everything was so natural. Do not hesitate to book this property, you’ll certainly not regret it. The hotel is brand new and therefore everything smells new :) Kudos to all the team: Cetin, Funda, Rasit and all the others whom I don’t recall their names

Öncelikle işletme oldukça kötü, eksiklikler ila ki olabilir ama kahvaltı da poğaça verip, ekmek yok demek anlaşılır gibi değil. Sonrasında tedarik etseler bile hiç anlamı kalmadı çünkü çalışanların asık suratı bunun bile ötesindeydi. Kahve de yoktu ve ürünlerde beklemiş idi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, odalar yeni, park sorunu yok.

Kusursuz bir deneyim

Otel meydana yürüme mesafesinde olmasına rağmen sokağı çok sakin sessiz ve huzurluydu. Çevre duyarlılıkları, güneş panelleri ve özellikle elektrikli araç şarj istasyonu bulunması çok hoşumuza gitti. Odalar çok konforlu, banyo tertemizdi. Çalışan herkesin güleryüzü ve yardımseverliği için de teşekkür ederiz. Yine burda kalırız

Burada kalmak bizim için çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Tesadüfen keşfettik ve iyi ki dedik. Resepsiyonda çok ilgili ve bu o kadar samimi karşılandık. Genel olarak herkes çok güleryüzlüydü. Otel ve oda gayet temizdi ve oda büyüklüğü iç dizaynı çok kullanışlıydı. Kahvaltı bizce çok lezzetliydi.

Yeni bir otel güler yüzlü hizmet verildi fakat ekonomi odalarının bodrum katta olduğunu sonradan öğrendik ve balkon gibi olan kısmı çok kirliydi tuvalet kapısı kapanmıyordu hijyen konusunda eksiklikleri vardı

Fiyat performans olarak otel güzel, ancak odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatağın altına doğru su gelmişti resepsiyondaki arkadaş bizimle iyi ilgilendi, güleryüzlüydü, soruna hemen çözüm buldular, odamız her ne kadar -1 de olsa da küçük havalandırma tarzı bir yeri vardı, odanın temizliği ve hizmeti iyiydi, ancak otelde yalıtım konusunda büyük bir sorun var sürekli olarak üst kattan ve yan odalardan ses gelmekte konuşmalar dahi duyuluyor yalıtım konusunda sınıfta kaldı, genel olarak iyiydi, kahvaltısı yeterli ve gayet güzeldi, tekrar tercih edeceğim bir otel oldu.Her şey için teşekkürler.

Ekonomik odalar -1. Katta o yüzden balkon yok çok karanlık oluyor. Sigara içmek için alan yapılmış ancak üst katınızdaki balkonun altında kalıyor ses çok alıyor.
