"Stayed 6 nights. Convenient location, easy access to Amsterdam Central via tram line 14 which was a 2min walk away (Artis). Tram line 1 was also easily accessible. Albert Heign supermarket was a 5 min walk away. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities all in working condition. Mikael checked us in and was very helpful with assistance/queries and booking transport to the airport. Overall a lovely stay. Highly recommended."

Apartment was a little worn from use and some additional chairs for lounging and dining for 4 people would have been useful."

"Loved the property — clean and quiet in that area. Bus to central station was nearby. Design of toilet floor could be better though. Rooms had their linen changed but the living room and kitchen was pretty dirty still.. bathroom and toilet were good.. if you have a lot of luggage, suggest ask for a ground floor apartment as the lift was not working and the stairs were tight and steep.. "We really enjoyed our stay in Amsterdam. The apartment was located very conveniently for museums and galleries, as well as the proximity to the tram and restaurants. The neighbourhood is also a lovely place to wander about and felt safe during the evening (though, you take your life in your hands crossing the cycle lane). The owners are clearly still working on the property as there was a lot of banging and hammering at 7am which may not be ideal if you've had a late night or like to sleep in....

"I was really excited to see what it would be like on a canal boat. One of the first things that happened was a pair of swans floated by. Pretty cool. The location of the boat was in the middle of everything. A great jumping off point to tour the center of Amsterdam. I enjoyed my accommodation and exploring the city. "

"It’s was such a great stay in Kimpton de Witt The hotel is in a great location close to all the main transport links in and out of Amsterdam We didn’t book breakfast in advance but we did eat in the open buffet twice (30€pp) which was lovely and fresh The only things that bother me in the room was that there is no enough light for hair and makeup. The room is quite dark , specially where there’s no light from the outside in the winter 😓 Overall , highly recommend!!"

"A very affordable but beautiful Hotel with the friendliest concierge staff! It is located right by the Van Gogh museum and less than a mile walk from most other attractions. The room itself was very clean and a good size for two people. Gorgeous lobby bar as well!"

"I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. It is very close to the Amsterdam Centraal Station and is within walking distance to the shopping area and night life. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Different rooms are available but if you wish to be looking at the ships going up and down the river or the trains then you need to book a room with a View.
