Excellent off the beaten track hotel

"Our stay was very enjoyable. The property is very unique and picturesque. The small cottages with a couple rooms each are very quiet. The grounds are very old and beautiful. They are cobble stone and so not ideal if you have mobility issues. Food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent and breakfast had a good variety. "

"The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect! If you want to see the stone arch, it is next door to the hotel. If you want to swim in the natural pool, it is on the other side of the hotel. The hotel also has a pool and lovely grounds. The breakfast is great, as well. Sao Jorge Gardens if definitely a place I will stay again."

"Its an amazing house all around. Don't look any further. If i ever visit Pico again, I would stay at this house over and over again. There is a super cute restaurant 200 meters from the house.
