"We visited twice, 24-26 March and 4-5 April. Room was good, but had to get glasses for drinking. There were black plastic cups whose cleanliness was questionable. Breakfast was very good. They have deli fare for lunch bites. On 26 March, there was NO ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSON available in the entire hotel so we could not communicate effectively!!! I wanted to store a bag, but no help from front desk lady. Hotels who book foreign tourists need multilingual staff available at all times. We would not...
