Everything about Carina Gold Hotel was amazing. The staff were lovely and attentive, the rooms were clean, the location was perfect and the food within the hotel restaurant was delicious. An easy 10/10 experience.

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

"Imagine that you're staying at the Four Seasons but you're not paying Four Seasons pricing. We loved the hotel and the staff who were so professional and polite. It was beautifully appointed and we loved that it was attached to the Emarr shopping mall. We would definitely stay here again."
