"We arrived quite late and out of season, so couldn’t really make the most of the location, gardens etc. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing as we didn’t know beforehand. But with the right weather the location and view from the restaurant would be lovely . The room was clean comfy and warm with a modern bathroom. We had a dog with us and the room opened onto the garden so it was really handy. "

"Absolutely terrific stay, just loved it. We stayed for one night while driving through France. The hotel looks just like the photos, it is charming and comfortable. "The entrance is on a quaint little square with a bunch of little streets coming in at odd angles. The hotel backs up on the river, and the breakfast room has an attractive view down the river to an old bridge, and up the river to the mountains. The stairs were attractive, so I didn't bother with elevator."
