A really lovely property , ideally situated on via del corso.Staff were excellent ,helpful & informative.......the 3 stars for facilities was simply because its not that sort of property but really good value for money for central Rome...rooms were very clean and well appointed.....would stay again

I liked the room we stayed in. It was clean, bed was comfy, and liked the decor. It’s in such a convenient spot. Did not like the service we received or lacked at the front desk. We were next in line to be served, and the employee decided to take her break instead of helping us. She looked at us, looked at her co-worker and asked if she could take her break. Didn’t even say anything to us and walked away. The employees cleaning the rooms however, were very friendly.
