"Excellent location. Loved the fireplace and private hot tub. Wish water temperature was hotter. Felt like home. Blankets for the couches would have added to comfort. Overall, we were happy with our stay."

"Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views."

"We had a great stay at this property. Instructions were clear, property is a little out of town and had great views. It was easily accessible to what we came to see (Arches & Canyonlands National Park). The property was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and the kitchen was easy to use and had what we needed. My kids loved the surprise of the foosball table and basketball game in the garage plus a couple games to play with at the house. "

"The location was perfect for us, close to a great grocery (Harmon’s) and proximity to Snow Canyon where we hiked every day. We discovered a little Mexican restaurant, Irmita’s Casita, which we loved for its real Mex cuisine, decor, and friendly service. The house kitchen was outfitted well and the only comment I would make is that they should replace all the plastic utensils with metal, given the news about microplastics leaching off when exposed to heat. Overall the house was very comfortable."

"I wanted to leave a better review but no one ever called me back from the property so that solidified my feelings regarding the property owner. Upon entering we could smell an odor it did not smell clean and the floors were dirty and our bed had food crumbs in it. When we got back to our room after eating dinner we found out our stove knob was broken, the water spicket was broken, the shower smelled like sweat and had soap scum on the shower heads this made it so no one could shower or use the...
