"There are pros and cons to consider with this place. It’s very stylish and in a great location. Sauna is a plus too although it was complicated to reserve. The big con is definitely that the apartment is very poorly insulated and you can hear every single bump and sound and laughter if there’s neighbors it’s a nightmare for sleep. "The lobby and facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness of the room really stood out. The room was spacious, allowing plenty of space to move around, which made for a very comfortable stay. "We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "
