Newly renovated and ready for guests!!

FYI...Your safety is very important to us!! We THOROUGHLY clean and disinfect between each stay. We also have plenty of disinfectant spray at the house for your use during your stay with us.

Our lovely little place nestled in the woods is the perfect little space, remodeled with everything you need!! Situated on Oneida Lake, it has water access in the summer for water sports, or in the winter for ice fishing. There are also snowmobile trails that run right behind the property (but not so close you can hear them). There is a new concrete patio and brick fire pit for outdoor relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sunsets on the lake.

The pictures online were spot on. I rented this unit for my son and his family with young kids. all 1 floor with a open floor plan. we loved watching the grandkids just run from there to the front house thru the grass field to see there grandmom. my son was really was happy with the unit and just private enough from the front house yet close enough to join us at anytime.

Anniversary get away
My parents stayed here for their 50th anniversary. Everything was accessible being that it was all on the same floor and the only tiny step was into and out of the shower. It was exactly as it was described online, set back a distance from the lake, but only a short walk to it.

Great house!
Great house. Really clean and easy to get to. We stayed for Syracuse Parents weekend and now again for graduation. It's a little bit of a drive but worth it to be out of the chaos.

Bernhards Bay Manor Barn
The Bernhards Bay Manor Barn was very comfortable. The addition of the Manor House provided us the room we needed for our large extended family. The barn and grounds were clean and well-maintained. Our host was friendly and very gracious. We will stay at the Manor Barn again next time we're in the Oneida Lake area.

Confusion
There are four buildings on this property, apparently with the same street address . I had rented it for my nephew and his family who were visiting the US from Italy. The listing did make it clear which building was being rented. I arrived about 15 minutes prior to my guest. I followed the driveway to the fist building which looked like a house. The building next to seemed to be a storage building. Naturally I thought the other two buildings were also storage buildings. I notice the back door to the house was unlocked and the lock didn’t work. I sent an email to the owner. In the meantime my guests arrived. They put their luggage in but we were all wondering what to do about the lock. Then I noticed a car pulled in. I thought it was the owner. He said he was not. He was the tenant of one of those building. He called the owner to inform her about the lock issue. It was then that we realized we were at the wrong house. The gentleman tenant pointed us to the other building up the hill and said we needed to move there and added the “big house” was much more expensive ! As you can imagine that was a bit embarrassing in front of my guest. I had my guests move their stuff to the other house. It was fine. I detected a little smoke odor which was bearable. I told the owner about it. It was probably from the wood burner in the house. The owner denied that. I did not want to argue with her. I just said it was alright. Please specify the location of the house in the listing.

Family weekend
This was a great place to spend a long weekend. Cabin was clean and roomy, beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake across the street. I did not go to the water because there were geese and birds (and their mess)on the dock . The only down side was that the gas grill had not been cleaned from prior uses.

Great relaxing retreat
We spent a week here and enjoyed to peace and quiet . We used to BBQ for most dinners but did check out a few local restaurants. Things that need updating or cleaned though are the grill and the screen door leading to the BBQ area.

Nice place
Very nice place, we were there on a fishing weekend, nicest place we have stayed in. Dock on the other hand is not boat friendly. Only one section and very shallow, need more sections to get away from the rocks and gain depth.

Lakehouse stay
The Lake House was a lovely place to stay! The grounds and surrounding area was very peaceful and serene. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, and lake view. Our daughter and son and family, visited for a couple of overnights. The accommodations were perfect. Our Grandson enjoyed fishing at the dock. We also visited some of the surrounding areas of Central New York… Sylvan Beach, Onondaga Lake Park, the Gifford Rosemond Zoo, Destiny Mall, The Gerald Van Lieu Park, and of course, Wegman’s! Claudia was always available via phone or text. Only one negative concern… in order to get to the Lake, you needed to cross the street. For some reason, we thought that it was on the same side of the road. This could be an issue if you had smaller children, as the traffic seems to go fast around the curvy road. Also, Swimming area was very rocky. All in alll…. a very clean, comfortable, peaceful place to vacay!

A wonderful estate with a view
This property is perfect. It has 2 great rental spots and It is right on the lake. The accommodations are great for large groups who like to have their privacy and space. The hosts are great and extremely nice, and they have worked very hard to make the property perfect. We had a great time and would definitely do it again.

We were in the area for a family wedding. The accommodations were great! The setting in the country across from the lake was very relaxing. If you have kids they have plenty of room to run around outside. Highly recommend this place.

When I heard that a barn had been renovated I really wasn't sure what to expect. Well, it exceeded all expectations I could imagine. It is designed beautifully and has every modem amenities you can imagine. The place has absolutely everything anyone would need to make their stay as if they were staying in their own home. I would highly recommend everyone to use this location anytime you are looking for a home to stay in while in the Cleveland area.
