"We stayed 2 nights. It was the first time we stayed at Falcon Point. It was very nice and all the staff worked hard with smiles. However, when we arrived at 5:00 pm they did not have the reservation that had been placed with Hotels.com 48 hours earlier. The desk attendant stated it would take about 3 hours to prepare our room. She called maintenance and she and the only maintenance person available cleaned our room. It was done perfectly but my wife and I sat in the office until almost 8 pm."
