"We are a family of four, with two college-age children, and had a wonderful stay at the Samovar. We stayed in one of the family rooms, which was perfect for us (with two beds in a spacious upstairs loft). The hotel is perfectly located -- literally across the street from the Dailles gondola (and only about a block from the funicular to the summit). "The place was exceptionally clean, fresh and modern. The amenities were wonderful. A great bar and brilliant restaurant. I also took use of the steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Don’t forget to use the outside sauna with a view of the mountains. Also the people that work here are lovely, from the restaurant to reception desk to the cleaners. Very convenient parking below the building with Lift access to your room."
