"Location is great. Hotel obviously affected by the snow drought over the past few seasons as everything was bare minimum, and needs updating. Lovely fireplace, but never a fire lit while we were there. Breakfast offerings are minimal, and serving coffee out of a pump thermos while in Italy and in the mountains serving up lukewarm coffee was totally unsatisfactory. Housekeeping in room was good. Staff was very nice, but overworked trying to cover everything from front desk, to bar, to dining...
