Breakfast is excellent, and the rooms are well-appointed. The property is relatively new, offering a comfortable and modern experience. The staff provide a warm welcome and outstanding customer service—friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. It would be great to have a fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room for added convenience. The laundry facilities are wonderful, and the gym is well-balanced and thoughtfully equipped."

Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there is a bus available if needed. The walk was gorgeous regardless, with a grocery store near by. Shower pressure was good. Cleaning staff were friendly. Luggage storage in basement for later departure than check out. Absolutely would recommend, was our favourite stay during our 2 week trip to Switzerland.

The baths and spa were great and our kids and us had an amazing time floating in the lazy river, going down the water slides, and enjoying the grass park area. The hotel was ok. We stayed in one of the family apartments and I think I’d have actually preferred to stay in the actual hotel. First of all our check in wasn’t till 4p when Expedia said 3p and that was frustrating. And then once we got into the unit we got a whopping 1 cup of coffee which wasn’t great. I think we’d go back here but change some things next time.
