Georgia, Jose, Salvador, charlotte, Fernando Antonio, and xavi, the best staff so far, it made me realize that I need to come to stay a few more days, the hospitality and the welcoming was beyond my expectations, literally that I want to come back more often. This hotel has a great roof bar with a pool, great views of the city, a nice gym area, a sunny outside rooftop area, good food, and the staff were my favorite while in Spain. I stayed at a few places. The morning crew were helpful and had a good sense of humor. I would stay here again for sure.

The hotel was in a great location for me, close to everything I needed. The staff were exceptional, I cannot praise them highly enough. I wish I had taken their names, I could then have praised them individually, they were friendly, courteous, helpful, patient and a credit to the hotel.

I've already spoken to the Reservations manager are having paid my account and commented that none of the room phones worked so I could not order room service or even work out how to see the menu. This meant I had to dress and go downstairs to the bar to order drinks. As you can imagine to be reminded by Barman I could do it on my phone was irksome beyond belief

The reviewers who rated this property "upscale" have probably never stayed in upscale properties. The only thing going for this property is the location. The upscale nature of the property ends with the reception. The rooms are in terrible condition especially the air conditioning. I checked in late (around mid night). When I entered the room, it smelled (as the room) probably didnt have any ventilation for days and the temperature was 23C in the room. I went back to the reception and the only thing the staff could offer me is an apology and an advice to keep the window open. Regretfully, I took their advice and tried to go to bed. Woke up severely tired and then full of mosquito bites. I had asked the night staff to let the duty manager know that the AC in my room is not working. The maintainance staff was supposed to fix it but even after fixing it the room went from 23C to 22.5C. If you are planning to stay in this property, better bring your own fan! I would not recommend this property to anyone. Truly sub par!

It's alright...
Lobby and bar area of the hotel are lovely but that's probably about it for what's positive. The rooms could do with an update. Good size room but looking a bit tired. Booked a room with city view but was just looking at one big building next to the hotel. The Aircon doesn't work and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. No fan or window in the bathroom.
