"A few minutes away from metro and it’s a nice quiet area. Hotel room is very clean and the breakfast was really lovely. They did very well catering for customers with special needs."

"Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."
