"VRBO need to keep a check on these properties, because this one now, no longer looks as good in real life as what the photos show. "If you are looking for a get-away from it all, Meir’s beautiful home on Montjustin is your place! The town is tiny - just a few residents - and you need to drive to nearby Cereste or Reillane (or longer drive to Manosque) for supplies, but once you’re stocked up, this very French and roomy home with a pool, petanque, yard, and more is the perfect spot. We loved making it our home for a week and hope to come again. One word of caution: lots of steps and hard surfaces - fine for us but wondered...

It feels very much in the country (birds singing, quiet) although it was about .5-1 hour from most of the places we wanted to visit. "This is truly a pretty little house and I loved it! The house in essentially in the center of the village - nearby is the market area, shops, places to eat and buy food. The house is narrow- very old - with windy staircases which just add to its character. The hosts were easy to deal with and while we didn't use it, there was a washing machine. We opted to stay overnight in Aups vs Moustiers Sainte Marie which is much more touristy. Everyone was friendly."

What let us down was poor communication on facilities of the site , the fact that campsite on which chalet is has changed names( so difficult to locate) and specifically that reception at site was not aware of our booking.
