The villa accommodated our entire wedding party; other guests were shuttled in for the ceremony/reception and it worked out great. "Cristina and her family were fantastic hosts, giving a very warm welcome. The house was spacious, very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool and patio were perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The barbecue and under cover seating area were excellent for cooking food at the end of the day. The village is quite a rural location, having a cafe, bar, patisserie and butchers, which are open limited hours, so a car is helpful to access a supermarket. Only a short drive to Barcelona...

"Excellent accueil de la part de Mercedes qui est très sympathique. La maison est grande. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La climatisation dans la villa Julia est très appréciable après une journée de promenade. Pour aller à Barcelone : 5 minutes de voiture jusqu'à la gare puis le train jusqu'au centre-ville. Pas besoin de chercher un parking en ville, pas d'embouteillage ! De très bonnes vacances."

The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...

Carme, the host of the property, went above and beyond in any request we had and was always available to answer any question for us. "From Chen in to check out I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downfall was that it was a pretty steep walk to the Metro station. It’s kind of places in the middle of nowhere. It’s about a 10 mins walk from a shopping mall an that was awesome. Aside from that, this Hotel was clean, quiet and if you’re not as picky as me regarding the distance from the metro station lol then it’s a great place to be! "
