"The hotel is in amazing position being right at the beachfront. Loved taking advantage of the great views both the rooftop area and the lower pool area had to offer. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. Definitely won the airport bus transfer hotel roulette! We are planning a return visit soon. "

"In an great position to walk to the harbour and shops, and a few minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The staff were very helpful, especially when we unexpectedly had to return for an extra night because our flight was cancelled. Breakfast had every choice you could want, and the tapas at the 1962 cafe. Would return very happily."

"Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and was run very efficiently. The pool and the food were more than adequate, and the location was also very convenient. And the buffet breakfast was sensational, totally worth the price if not included in the room. The feather in the cap was the staff. They all went above and beyond in every possible way. Special mention to Yael at the front desk, and also to the wonderful Michell and Joyce, who took great care of our food-allergic kids. 10/10"

"Lovely hotel in very good location, good variety food at canteen/restaurants, very friendly staff all good apart from cleaning, bathroom was hardly clean when cleaner has been, only done our beds and empty bins. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We didn’t arrive until 1am, but the staff were still welcoming. Our room was lovely, good size and loved the sea view balcony. We had breakfast on one day, and it was with the €18 / person for the wide selection of options. Eggs, bacon, sausage, hams, cheese, breads, fruits, cereal, muesli, yoghurt, teas, coffees and juices - everything was covered. There’s a supermarket just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel to get other supplies. We used the pool on one afternoon, and it wasn’t too busy. The sun was off most of the pool area by 5/6pm. There were some roadworks taking place on the road outside, but this didn’t cause many issues and didn’t stop us sleeping or enjoying using the balcony during the day. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and old town. There’s also some nice eating places within a couple of minutes of the hotel. We’d definitely return to this hotel if we visit Palma again."

This was an amazing location with the views and staff were very helpful and kind. You are walking distance to food options nearby. The hotel is not only beautiful my family and I took advantage of the amazing and relaxing spa facility. "
