"Rosa was a gracious host. Communication was great. Super helpful when I asked questions. The villa was spotless. The owner even gave us a bottle wine, water and huge bowl of oranges and lemons. The driveway up to the house is very steep. But that’s typical of the area. Get a small car and pack light. We shopped in Palma before we got to the house. That said, the grocery store in town was well stocked that we did not need to do that. We lived our stay and would love to return to Mallorca some...

"Just coming home after a lovely week in Costa D’en Blanes. Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Excellent outside area with pool. The owners checked us in and were very hospitable and informative and created a wonderful welcome for us, which created the ambience for the holiday. Would highly recommend. "

"Can Fabiol is an attractive little house set in a beautiful location with the mountains soaring above the property and the lovely town of Soller below in the valley. It is very tranquil, with just the sound of cockerels crowing to each other up and down the valley and the bells of the cathedral chiming the hour. The accommodation is fairly basic but the patio and small pool provide a very pleasant space to enjoy the sunshine and scenery. Highly recommended!"

We were sent email asking to keep windows & doors shut to avoid use of aircon This suggests air con was provided. There were mediocre fans provided - noisy & not fit for purpose. Kitchen old. "Not fit for a holiday home ,the owner has know idea how to run the solar panel system,we bought are own mobile air conditioning unit as it was over 40c inside the bungalow but were told we could not use it as she could not change the system to adapt it ! We switched it off but this lead to us having no electricity or water as the water is supplied by a electric water pump at this point we had to leave Regards Paul "
