"Pool was dirty and so was hot tub not hot and jets not really working to feel a massage on the body. Floor was super dirty … to not slip I put a pool towel on the floor of the bathroom… and next day when checking out after they counted the towels they brought out to us for the pool area… they said, one was really dirty and we almost got charged for that pool towel… even though it was put on the floor so we wouldn’t slip being that we are disabled.. and didnt know the floor was that dirty… After...

"The hotel was updated and clean. The staff promptly greeted us and were friendly and competent. The room was clean and the bed had a zippered mattress protector!
