"The hotel is situated in a lovely part of the city, close to shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly. The only downside was, we got to the hotel around 10am, the reception staff told us that our room was ready but there was a £20 ..."
