OK but not great.
Nice people, nice room and lovely bathroom. Area is an industrial estate so a little unnerving on arrival but seems safe enough. Dont bother with the breakfast it's all packet cakes and croissants etc.. Go to a bar in the town.

è ubicato in una zona industriale, ma forse proprio per questo è tranquillo, e si può riposare senza rumori molesti. il personale è famigliare, camere calde con un servizio da te o caffè in camera,(gratis) cosa insolita e un sevizio piacevole.. se desiderate avere sconti arrivate entyro le ore 20. consiglio!!

è piacevole trovare arrdamenti antichi in camere pulite. se aggiungiamo poi bagni nuovi e ampi.. la camere sono grandi, ma a me piaccio un poco più grandi. trovare in camera un servizio da tè o caffè free, è una bella coccola. grazie e a rivederci. N.B. il 37 pollici difronte al letto non l'ho visto neppure nei 4 stelle. non vi aspettate un hotel però.

Hôtel très calme
Hôtel est calme mais vieillot. La réception a été un peu froide au début mais par la suite ce fut correct. Le déjeuner buffet, c'était des biscottes et des céréales (le nom buffet mentionnait le meuble et non pas le déjeuner). Le stationnement était dans la rue mais puisque c'est un quartier tranquille ce fut correct.

Après quelques difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel, très bon accueil, gérant du lieu très serviables. Séjour très agréable. Chambre atypique mais salle de bain grande et moderne. Je ne regrette pas mon choix !

É collocato in una zona artigianale ma, una volta varcato il cancello, sembra di essere in campagna. L'accoglienza é familiare e sembra di essere a casa. La camera è arredata con mobili antichi e il bagno molto bello. Collegamento wifi funzionale e colazione più che discreta. Il neo è che non accettano nè carta di credito né bancomat. Comunque consigliabile

O Alojamento é gerido por um casal idoso, que não falam inglês, não têm multibanco e a localização é horrível, pois está localizado numa zona industrial. Cheguei de noite e mais parecia uma casa abandonada no meio de armazéns. Os quartos tinham conforto, mas o pequeno almoço era muito fraco. Não é para voltar e não recomendo. The accommodation is run by an elderly couple, they don't speak English, no had ATM and the location is horrible because it is located in an industrial zone. I arrived at night and looked more like an abandoned house in the middle of warehouses. The rooms were comfortable, but the breakfast was very weak. Not to return and would not recommend.

Very affordable place, very inviting
Since it is not customary to have a coffee maker or any means of getting hot water it was a nice surprise to find a hot water boiler along with teas and instant coffee and big cups. The room was quite spacious.

Voor de zakenreiziger een prima alternatief
Het B&B ligt op een klein industrieterrein en heeft daarom niet de meest romantische lokatie. De eigenaren zijn bijzonder vriendelijk. Kamer was lekker ruim en prima in orde. Hoewel er gratis Wifi is, had ik in mijn kamer (op 2e verdieping) geen bereik. Het ontbijt is erg summier; in een buffetkast staan voorverpakte broodjes, cakjes en toastjes, wat yoghurt en wat fruit. Het water voor de thee wordt opgewarmd in een magnetron. Maar de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaren maakt alles goed. Het B&B ligt vlak bij het station van Bazanno (de eigenaar brengt je als het mogelijk is er graag naar toe). Je kan dus heel eenvoudig vanuit hier met de trein naar Bologna Centraal (3 zones = 2,80 euro, duur ca. 45 min). Voor de zakenreiziger die naar de Beurs moet; er is voor de grote beurzen een gratis shuttel (overigens ook van en naar de luchthaven!). Dit B&B is dus een prima alternatief voor de hotels in Bologna die tijdens beurzen behoorlijk hun prijzen verhogen.

Qualité imbattable pour le prix proposé ! Les propriétaires sont chaleureux (attention : ils parlent français, mais pas anglais). La chambre est propre et nous avons été particulièrement impressionnés par la salle de bain (privée) : très grande et entièrement neuve ! Une salle de bain digne d'un hôtel 5 étoiles...
