The property is located in an affluent Asian neighborhood and is estimated to be worth millions. There is a bus taking me right from the train station to a stop near the house, which is only a short walk away. I was given a room, among others, on the second floor. Love the spacious room and the big windows, small fridge, coffee brewer, etc that come with it. However, there is something worth mentioning, and it's never disclosed to me that all guests have to share an oversized bathroom. Fortunately, other guests and I did not spend a long time occupying the bathroom for ourselves. There is something called consideration for others. But I could have asked more questions about the existence of the " Bathroom sharing" feature of the said property before booking. Guess I lucked out staying with other well-mannered guests in the same property. The living room and the adjoining kitchen are the common area. The swimming pool lies right outside of it. One just opens the patio door and takes a few steps to reach it. Unfortunately, the pool is off-limits until June 20, 2025.
The owner decided to keep all windows closed and not turn on the ventilation. That makes the air a little stale. For that reason, I chose not to overstay in the common area. Instead, I spent my time in my room with large windows wide open.
